Heat House was created with a simple intention: to make effective, science-led infrared therapy accessible to people who are thoughtful about their health — without the noise, the trends, or the barriers.
Infrared isn’t new. But it is widely misunderstood.
During my own health and wellness journey, I began researching infrared therapy in depth — not as a passing interest, but as a practical tool for managing stress, recovery, inflammation, and energy. The science was compelling. The outcomes were tangible.
And yet, access to high-quality infrared saunas was largely limited to elite gyms, medical settings, or expensive home installations.
So I invested in one myself.
The difference was immediate — not dramatic, but meaningful. Subtle changes that compounded with consistency. Improved recovery. Better regulation. A sense of maintenance rather than repair.
It became clear that this wasn’t a luxury. It was a foundational practice.

Heat House exists because not all heat works the same way.
Traditional saunas rely on high ambient temperatures to heat the body. Infrared works differently — using light energy that’s absorbed directly by tissue, triggering deeper physiological responses at lower temperatures.
This makes infrared easier to use regularly, more accessible, and better suited to modern lives where consistency matters more than extremes.
Heat House focuses exclusively on infrared because it delivers results without unnecessary strain — and because doing one thing properly matters.
No distractions.
No trends.
Just well-designed, evidence-led heat therapy.

Heat House is not a spa. And it’s not a gym.
It’s a considered wellness studio designed for people who care about how their body functions over time — how stress accumulates, how recovery happens, and how energy is maintained.
Our clients are professionals, parents, athletes, and individuals who value clarity, calm, and effectiveness. People who don’t want wellness to feel performative, but purposeful.
Infrared works best when it becomes part of life — something reliable, repeatable, and quietly supportive in the background.
That’s the experience we’ve built.

Wellness doesn’t need to be dramatic to be effective. It needs to be sustainable. Heat House is a space where modern health practices fit naturally into real lives — supporting longevity, resilience, and balance over the long term.

Science over trends

Consistency over intensity

Maintenance over indulgence
Both forms of heat can feel good. But they work through very different mechanisms.

Because infrared heat is absorbed rather than endured, it allows for more regular use — which is where the real benefits emerge.
Designed for those who value thoughtful health practices and want to be part of something built with intention from the start.
